The Brookfield Village Board has funded a Village Code of Ordinances codification project in the FY 2011 and 2012 Operating Budgets. This process will enable the Village Code to be online and fully scearchable.
The Village Staff and Village Attorney are currently reviewing the Second Manuscript phase of the project. Village Board review is expected to be in mid 2013. The new code will be online, through MuniCode, and will be fully searchable and contain all historical legal citations.
