Police Pension Board

The board is composed of five members,. They shall be responsible for the administration of the pension fund and to designate the beneficiaries thereof.

Meetings are held quarterly on the second Tuesday of July, October, January and April, and special meetings as called by the president at 3:00pm in the Edward Barcal Hall Board Room in Village Hall 8820 Brookfield Avenue, Brookfield, IL 60513. Please check the “calendar” page of the Village website to see scheduled meetings and cancellations.


The board consists of five members. Two members are appointed by the Village President for a term of two years. Two members of the board are elected by the Brookfield police force. One member is elected by and from among the beneficiaries of the fund.
